Role Detail
No weekend work required in this role! Our Sydney office are seeking Hospitality All-Rounders to provide coverage across various friendly teams on our client floor. From attending to our boardrooms, to meeting/greeting clientele on reception, to assisting in our café or covering corporate events - no day will be the same.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service is a must, as well as high standards of professionalism and presentation. KWM's Corporate Hospitality team strives to provide our clients and staff with an exceptional experience and you'll play a key role in sustaining a VIP atmosphere on the client floor.
Duties will include:
- Providing exceptional food and beverage service
- Set up and pack down of conference and meeting rooms
- Answering calls to reception and managing meeting room bookings
- Assisting with café service, coffee making
- Managing point of sale transactions, including electronic cash handling
- Some back of house and kitchen overflow assistance
This role is offered on a casual basis; any shifts will be rostered between Monday - Friday inclusive.
About You
If you're an adaptable and vibrant front of house hospitality professional seeking a casual role in a premium corporate setting, this will suit you down to the ground! We'd also like to see:
- Sound knowledge of reception/hospitality and front of house operations, ideally drawing from experience in a Corporate Hospitality, hotel or fine dining environment
- Solid food and beverage service experience - wine knowledge an advantage
- Barista skills
- An impressive phone manner with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A flexible approach with a team-player mindset - a willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed is essential
- Impeccable grooming
- Certified in Responsible service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office software highly regarded
