Our dedicated Placements Team partners with over 11,500 Host Companies to secure the right internships for our students, leading to over 40% of our students receiving job offers directly from their internships.Position: Corporate Partnership ExecutiveReporting to: Corporate Partnership ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Partnership Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in sourcing and securing new host companies for internship placements, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives. If you have a strong background in sales, recruitment, business development, or account management within a regulated environment, and a passion for making a positive impact on graduate employability, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: * New Host Acquisition:
  • Source and secure SME and multinational customers for internship placements.
  • Build a pipeline of new host companies through strategic sales activities and territory planning.
  • Align placement opportunities with the current profile of B2C, B2E, and PY students.
  • Account Management:
  • Manage and engage with major national, large, and SME host companies.
  • Maximize opportunities from existing quality host companies.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain high levels of satisfaction among host companies.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in service delivery and processes.
  • Minimize complaints/issues through appropriate sourcing of internship opportunities.
  • Maintain high compliance standards.
  • Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with the Internships team to source and secure relevant opportunities.
  • Work effectively to resolve issues and support team objectives.
Professional Competencies:
  • Experience in sales, recruitment, business development, and/or account management in a regulated environment.
  • Strong business development skills with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
  • High adaptability and a sense of urgency to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • High degree of initiative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Genuine interest in working with graduates from diverse backgrounds and making a positive difference.
