Corporate Receptionist / Administrator role in Inner North Brisbane

This international technology company provides solutions for government and commercial customers in areas such as defence, aerospace and security. Operating in over 100 countries, they are a leader in multi-spectral imaging systems and offer products such as wireless equipment, avionics, infrared systems, night vision equipment and more.
Your new role
You will be situated on front reception, providing highly professional and personable assistance to walk in visitors who are often high-level executives. You will maintain a tidy kitchen and desk area, assist in setting up meeting rooms and events, distribute mail, while also answering phone and email enquiries. Your administrative tasks will include, ordering office consumables, assisting in onboarding new staff, processing invoices, organising staff travel and other ad hoc duties to support all business functions.
What you'll need to succeed
Your corporate reception experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:
- Current Australian Government Security Clearance is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced level of MS Office Suite experience
- Must be an Australian Citizen
