Our story began with four people in a small office on the Gold Coast over 25 years ago. But with a relentless focus on the importance of true customer relationships, we’ve grown into Australia’s most experienced specialist strata insurance broker.
BCB’s dedicated team of more than 90 employees now manages insurance policies of approximately 22,000 bodies corporate across Australia. Using our significant strata broking and claims management expertise, we’re recognised as subject matter experts and have an enviable reputation as a broker of choice.

We believe it’s people that make a business successful. And as part of our next chapter of growth, we’re looking for a new Regional Manager to join our dynamic and welcoming team.
What you’ll do
- General Reception duties such as answering calls, transferring incoming calls, filing and cleaning
- Mail (incoming, outgoing and couriers)
- Welcoming clients and arranging refreshments
- Data entry and electronic filing of documentation including managing a diary system
- Supporting the State Manager, Admin, Broking and Claims Teams as required
- Contacting Insurance companies to obtain and send documents to clients
- Managing a very busy, varied and demanding workload
- Creating and managing several reports
What you’ll bring

- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Good level of computer literacy
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Flexibility to assist others, as and when required
We’d really like it if you also have:
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and thorough attention to detail
- Strong focus on customer service
- Intermediate computer skills (Word & Excel)
- Willingness to learn about insurance broking and body corporate industries.
