Be part of an ambitious and innovative project team to develop and deliver the 2025-29 Council Plan project a once in a four year opportunity!

Excellence in project support and/ or management is vital for project success. Collaborating, creating, and working closely across the organisation is a main focal point of this role with plenty of opportunities to contribute and shape the project.

About the Role
This role sits within the small Corporate Strategy team in the Customer and Corporate division. It will support the Coordinator Corporate Strategy and project working group members to plan, develop and deliver all aspects of the 2025-29 Strategic Integrated Planning & Budget project.

  • Provide detailed and agile project administration support, such as meeting minutes, creating presentations, developing workshop collateral.
  • Lead/ co-lead and participate in working group discussions and project meetings
  • Support the planning and delivery of the community deliberative engagement and Councillor engagement activities.
  • Co-write draft documents, plans and reports.
  • Provide project support to other Corporate Strategy projects.
Skills & Experience
  • A tertiary qualification in business administration (or related discipline) and/or relevant experience.
  • Experience in strategic project support/management experience, or relevant qualifications.
  • A current Working with Children Card.
