About the role
The Corporate Support Officer works closely with the Manager Assets and Operations and is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to the BreastScreen SA (BSSA) Team including but not limited to:
- Facilities management: Coordinating the provision of maintenance requirements across all BSSA sites including engaging and liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Administrative operations management: Coordinating internal HR documentation for contracts, monitoring internal HR reporting to improve compliance, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) support.
- Organisational development: Coordinating staff Professional Development working party and sessions, internal monitoring of mandatory training.
- Continuous Improvement: providing accurate advice on, and implementing best practice administrative operations and procedures, which support the strategic objectives of BSSA.

Essential Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
