Hendon Semiconductors is a South Australian based company, specialising in the design and manufacture or microelectronic products including integrated circuits, thick film hybrids and surface mounted PCB assemblies for markets where electronics is a key technology.
Your Role:
We are currently seeking to employee a full time Customer Sales Supportprofessional based at our Hendon Manufacturing site.
- Customer first point of contact
- Day to Day Customer Sales administrative work – order entry and delivery confirmation with customer
- Liaising with customer to understand customer needs and changing demands such as movement in delivery schedules
- Liaising with the team and dispatch departments on site to provide order confirmations to customer to ensure on time delivery
- Assisting the team in preparing comprehensive quotes to customers, ensuring quotes have consistent format and pricing
- Maintenance of Product data/information within Product Information Management (PIM)

About you:
Successful candidates can range from entry level to experienced applicants. candidates who have worked in Customer Sales environment with the following attributes will be positively considered.
The following will be essential pre-requisites:
- Electronic Engineering Degree preferable or Diploma / Technical Certification in Electronics
- Demonstrated ability to understand technical/manufacturing assembly concepts
- High attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
- Customer service experience – via phone and email
- Sound organisational and time management skills manage conflicting priorities
- Team Player, while having the ability to work with minimal supervision when required
Additionally, the following will be nice to have although not essential:
- Experience in Salesforce would be highly regarded but not essential
- Experience in SAP would be highly regarded but not essential
