This role performs professional accounting work involving compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial data.
Responsibilities:
- Performs general or cost accounting activities requiring some insight and depth of understanding.
- Financial Management of: Inveontory STD cost set up, NPD costing, budget cost and rolling, costing and pricing of affiliate pricing, inventory revaluation
- Inventory reconcilliation and reporting management
- Costing balance sheet reconcilliations, INV, SIT
- Applies accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions.
- Specifics of job content will vary from preparing journal entries and checking supporting entries, to carrying out well-defined steps in cost accounting analysis.
- Drafts segments of statements and reports.
About you:
- Degree in Accounting or similar
- Previous experience in costing
- Experience with JDE/BPCS ERP highly preferred
- Effective communication skills across all disciplines and levels
- Self-driven with a passion to own all tasks
