We are looking for....
- Beauty experience is highly sought after, or a background in fashion retail management.
- Management experience is required.
- Proven track record at achieving sales and KPI targets.
- Showcase exceptional knowledge and passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
- Provide personalized consultations and recommendations to clients, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Drive sales targets and meet or exceed set goals through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the Beauty Therapist to optimize sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

- A Cert 4 or Diploma in Beauty Therapy is HIGHLY sought after - are you our unicorn?!
- A background in management - preferably luxury, beauty or fashion.
- Business orientated, we want someone who will drive the success of the store.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of the role are executed at a high level.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the demands of the retail schedule.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player who thrives in a concession world.
