Our Lonsdale branch is currently looking for a dedicated and reliable team member to join us in the role of internal Counter Sales and sales administration. This position will suit a self-motivated, 'hands on" individual who enjoys performing a variety of duties and tasks and working as a key member of the team.
Your daily activities will involve:
- Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers and trades
- Answering and processing of telephone enquiries and orders
- Administration procedures to support sales processing including processing customer sales orders and credit returns
- Coordination of daily deliveries
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time.
- Excellent ability to multitask whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong communications skills both written and verbal.
- Can do attitude.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Experience with MS Office Applications.
- A passion and ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service and build great relationships.
