The Role:

You'll be the visionary behind our communications strategy, merging creative writing with strategic leadership to amplify our clients' narratives.

What You Will Do:

• Conceptualise, develop, and execute unparalleled copy and creative content for digital marketing channels, including compelling website copy, advertising campaigns, communication mediums and sales funnels.
• Lead and manage creative projects from ideation to execution, ensuring they align with client objectives and Noize Agency's high standards.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and clients to create cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to incorporate fresh and effective approaches in all creative outputs.
• Mentor and inspire junior copywriters and creative team members, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For:

• At least 5+ years of experience in creative copywriting and directing creative projects, preferably within an agency setting.
• A proven track record of leading creative projects with a focus on storytelling and brand development through writing.
• An impressive portfolio that showcases your ability to craft engaging marketing copy and lead successful creative campaigns.
• Exceptional writing skills with a knack for adapting tone and style to various brands and content mediums.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SEO principles and the ability to optimise content for digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaborative abilities.
• The capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
