That’s why for the role of Creative Specialist, we are offering a base salary of up to $80,000 pa, plus 11% superannuation. Plus, you’ll also be eligible to earn up to a 5% bonus!

How will you contribute to our mission of placing people at the heart of banking?

In this permanent full-time role, you will be accountable for creating the organisation’s physical and digital assets; providing creative direction and support to all teams to increase brand awareness, promote products and drive on-brand execution across all touchpoints. 

With no two days being the same, you’ll be designing engaging creative materials for both external and internal communication channels.  One day you might be developing concepts for our next digital marketing campaign and designing internal training material, the next you’re creating and editing video content or designing a financial report!

Key to your success will be your understanding of design principles (for different types of media), branding and the ability to generate and bring world-class ideas to life that align to organisational strategy.
