Role Overview
- Assess and qualify commercial loans applications.
- Manage credit risk and maintaining the credit policies and procedures.
- Servicing of existing borrower loans and arrears follow-up
- Work closely with the BDMs and leadership team and engage with borrowers and investors.
- Maintaining records of credit applications and payments
- Minimum 2 + years' credit experience
- Previous experience working with a non-bank lender
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property finance Credit
- Strong understanding of credit policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
