Mortgage Credit Verification/Pre Assessment - Full Time - Sunshine Coast -WFH Flex - $68k - $70k+Super+Bonus

This company provides outsourced professional services for leading Banks and other Financial Service organisations, operating on a global scale, with existing operations in Australia.

Your new role 

• Full time, Permanent Role
• Start date: 29th January 2024
• Hours are Monday - Friday with flexible start & finish times during standard business hours
• New office to be based in Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast (Role is starting as fully remote/WFH then moving to hybrid within 6 months - eg. 2 days in office, 3 days work from home)
• Work from home flexibility (2-3 days)
• Comprehensive 6 - 8 week training program

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for controlling Credit Verification/assessment processes for Home Loan applications, and developing policies to maintain an acceptable level of risk.

Your day to day will involve inbound & outbound calls with Customers & Brokers, and gathering, verifying/pre assessing documents for Home Loan applications.

• Complete Credit Verification checks to ensure application input is meeting the Bank's policy and responsible lending requirements.
• Provide timely and quality responses to Brokers and Customers 
• Reaching and maintaining a high level of Credit Verification/assessment and compliance standards
• Develop, communicate and implement medium to long-term operating policies, strategies, and tactics that may involve the interpretation and application of broader guidelines.
• Manage workflow from a national queue promptly
• Meet core role requirements and achieving performance KPls such as throughput/productivity and quality

What you'll need to succeed 

• Consumer Lending experience (Personal or Home Loans) - whether that be in a Sales/Customer Service/Loan Processing or Credit Verification/Assessment/Analysis capacity (or similar)
• Customer Service experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• Based in Sunshine Coast
