The von Bibra Robina Parts department is now seeking a Credits Claims Officer to join their Parts Warehouse team. This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.36pm with the occasional Saturday shift.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing customer credit returns
- Check all returned parts match customer details.
- Ensuring Manufacturer and Transit claims are processed within the delegated timeframes.
- Record keeping.
- Assist with inventory stocktakes.
- General housekeeping throughout the department.
- Assist the parts team with various admin and warehouse duties as required.

Due to the demands of this role, you will need to be able to undertake manual work as lifting parts is a daily requirement for this position.
