If you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoy problem solving, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.The RoleAs a Crew Controller you will be responsible for ensuring all published Flight and Cabin Crew rosters are maintained to Enterprise Agreement, Regulatory Rules, and Fatigue Risk Management Standards.The Crew Controller requires a proactive approach when managing disruption events to ensure crew resources are allocated efficiently, cost effectively and within Enterprise Agreement guidelines.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Schedule and assign crews based on operational requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and update crew schedules in real-time, addressing any disruptions or changes promptly.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies related to crew duty time limitations and rest requirements.
- Crafting and managing Crew Pairings within our Crew Management System
- Ensuring compliance with Crew Enterprise Agreements & organisational policies.
- Actively participating in solving complex operational problems and delivering outcomes as directed by Duty Manager, Manager OCC, and GM Network Ops etc
- Relevant exposure/experience within an Operations Control Centre environment highly regarded.
- Must be extremely capable with PC/Software packages
- A clear, articulate communicator both written and verbal
- Out of the Box Thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Organised and thrives in fast paced, ever-changing environments.
- Ability to excel under pressure during network disruptions
- Clear and Articulate communication skills both written and verbal.
- Educated to Degree level in Aviation Management or Aviation related discipline (Desirable, not essential)
