About the Role
As the CRM Campaign Manager, you will represent the Data Driven Marketing team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute effective, targeted multichannel student recruitment marketing campaigns. Although initially relying on email campaigns, you will expand campaign capabilities to include other channels such as SMS, programmatic advertising, and personalized owned channels as capabilities enable.
In this role, you will mentor and support other CRM Campaign Specialists. You should have a deep understanding of data methods flowing into the CRM, and the ability to analyse and evaluate marketing activities to optimize outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead discussion on use of CRM to support University targets and campaigns lead by Student Marketing and Communications, proactively provide strategic advice to optimise use of marketing channels and data to deliver ROI
- Develop, implement, and optimize highly effective CRM communications strategies ensuring effective and timely delivery of end-to-end initiatives to meet campaign requirements, regularly providing recommendations for improvement across all stages of the prospective student pipeline
- Apply understanding of University objectives, framework, its various constituents and data assets to develop and define constituent journeys using the OneCRM platform to enable a coordinated and optimal multichannel experience across email, SMS and digital assets.
- Lead by example, supervising one CRM Campaign Specialist to manage the workload across the UC&M marketing and recruitment function for the undergraduate, postgraduate and MSPACE program offerings
You are an expert in digital marketing solutions and techniques as they relate to the University context and our customer journey. An excellent communicator, you easily forge productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high-quality marketing objectives in conjunction with strong business acumen. You foster a solution-minded approach, collaboratively embracing challenges and demonstrating agility in response to evolving priorities within a rapidly changing environment
You will also have:
- Demonstrated work experience within relevant marketing and communications field and tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing solutions and experience in customer relationship marketing, constituent experience and marketing platforms e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of and experience with business analysis reporting platform such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as other reporting solutions
- Experience in applying web analytics such as Google Data Studio and making recommendations on how to optimise CRM marketing activity.
