The role & team
The CRM Manager role sits within Specsavers Marketing department, which comprises of roughly 70 members based in Melbourne and works collaboratively with a global brand function. Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for an experienced CRM professional to join the team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategies and executing campaigns end to end to deliver on core KPI's, increasing customer retention, re-activation and reducing churn for new and existing Specsavers customers. In this role, you will utilise a test and learn framework, testing and optimising customer communications to increase conversion, engagement and improve customer experience.
The skills we are looking for
- Experience in direct marketing or CRM (2 years+), ideally within a comparable fast-paced environment working across eDM, SMS and direct mail (and experience with mail houses)
- Demonstrated experience in executing direct CRM activity and reporting on CRM campaigns
- Experience working in larger organisations including in a trade environment and experience working with large customer databases
- Excellent attention to detail and data driven mindset
- Stakeholder management skills
