CRM Campaign Specialist is focussed on delivering new digital customer campaigns using a combination of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as analysing and improving existing digital customer journeys to deliver additional revenue to the business. The role will also assist with the implementation of changes and enhancements to the CRM, working with stakeholders to develop business requirements and then brief and manage internal and external developers to implement and rollout new functionality.
Accountabilities:- Digital email and SMS campaign delivery
- Build dynamic and hyper-personalised email customer journeys
- Optimise membership and ticketing customer journeys
- Build complex customer segments
- Data analysis
The ideal candidate will have:- Experience using a top-tier CRM and marketing automation system
- Experience building e-commerce-focussed digital email campaigns
- Intermediate SQL and HTML knowledge
- AMPscript experience advantageous
- Strong data analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Employee status Victorian Working with Children Check card
