Key Responsibilities:
Be the champion for CRM
Create product roadmap for the CRM
Manage Product backlog
Prioritise workflows based on changing requirements
Make iterative day to day updates
Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development
Work with external vendors for CRM configuration
Explain the benefits to non tech stakeholders
Key Requirements:
Worked on a CRM launch or reboot previously
10 Years + experience in CRM working environment
Ability to explain CRM to stakeholders
