Our Group Safety Team is embarking on a transformation on how we manage and engage our Contractor safety requirements. This role  is critical to the project team with a purpose of ensuring  project compliance and governance is adhered to through the coordination, centralisation and documentation of key business rules. The  goal of this role is to ensure our ways of working and system usage are in line with our agreed deliverables. You will support with change management implementation, data analytics and reporting to ensure transparency and compliance is maintained for all stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes within the space.


What you’ll do:

  • Ensure the core compliance requirements related to contractor safety are managed in an efficient and timely manner with strong attention to detail.
  • Develop and manage document control through coordination and centralisation of key business rules, training materials, and Woolworths ways of working as they relate to our Contractor Safety Risk Management Technology Solution 
  • Coordinate and undertake data analysis for the purposes of cleansing for transition and integration to internal systems as required
  • Lead and coordinate internal acceptance testing and verification of the Technology solution testing
  • Develop and provide project insights to develop processes and systems.


What you’ll bring:

  • Effective communication both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare presentations and reports for executive level stakeholders
  • A strong track record in interpretation and problem resolution of compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Continuous Improvement 
  • A proven track record in interpretation and problem resolution of compliance requirements
