Your new roleJoin our dynamic team at QBE as a CTP Payments Solution Specialist! We're seeking a dedicated professional to oversee credit control and instalment billing operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in achieving business targets and strategic objectives. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Payment Solutions, you'll be an integral part of our AUSPAC procurement and business services division.Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including underwriters, relationship managers, portfolio managers, partners, brokers, and our overseas GSSC team.
  • Ensuring timely collection of premiums as per credit terms.
  • Communicating with brokers and facilitating referrals to external debt collectors when necessary.
  • Overseeing tasks and providing assistance to offshore teams.
  • Handling phone inquiries, addressing customer calls, and processing payments over the phone.
  • Coordinating with liquidators as needed.
About youAs a CTP Payment Solution Specialist at QBE, we're looking for someone who:
  • Demonstrates excellent stakeholder engagement abilities with both internal and external parties.
  • Ideally has prior experience working with brokers or partners.
  • Shows understanding or experience in collections or debt management.
  • Has exposure to the insurance industry or a financial services background.
  • Possesses strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Exhibits a keen interest in numbers, spreadsheets, and Payment Solutions.
