About the role

  • Provide ongoing coordination and supervision of the Directorate Peer Responder Program, ensuring sustainability and ongoing development of the Program.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality staff wellbeing and workplace culture initiatives in the Directorate.
  • Facilitate and support a coordinated approach to the Peer Responder Program and Culture and Wellbeing initiatives across Metro North Health.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
  • Ability to manage and coordinate projects in a complex health service environment.
  • High level written and oral communication skills with the ability to liaise, partner and negotiate with Senior Leaders and Directorate Peer Responder Program Coordinators and Program Lead.
  • Insight and understanding of the challenges facing service delivery in Metro North and the Culture and Wellbeing needs of teams, Managers and staff in this fluid organisational environment.
  • Workshop facilitation, public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate activities that contribute to on-going success of the Redcliffe Peer Responder Program.
