Key Institute is looking for a full-time curriculum/assessment developer with the desire to develop engaging learning and assessment resources for a variety of certificate courses. Working closely with the Curriculum Manager, you will be given the autonomy to develop accredited assessments and learning resources for courses including Business, Leadership, Community Services, Retail, Supply Chain, and Cleaning Operations. Our delivery methods include self-paced online, virtual online, and face-to-face training. Our students include employer-based trainees, job seekers, and direct-to-consumer students.
Extensive curriculum development experience is not essential, but the willingness to work with our templates and design methodology is. By joining Key Institute you will have the opportunity to use your skills and creativity to positively impact the learning experience of thousands of students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging assessment products that meet the requirements of accredited units of competency, including the completion of mapping documents.
- Design Learner Guides to enhance the online learning experience of our students.

- Preferred: Certification in TAE - Training and Assessment.
