About the role
We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified and experienced Curriculum Authors to contribute to the development of a suite of AQF Level 7 – 8 aligned micro-credentials in the following capability areas:
Adaptive Mindset, Accounting & Financial Reporting, Digital & Data, Legislation & Policy, Secretarial Practice, Accountability & Compliance, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making, Purpose, Risk Governance, Strategy & Culture, and Value Generation & Performance.
About you
To satisfy eligibility requirements, applicants must have:
- Tertiary-level qualifications at postgraduate level (ideally Masters level or higher) in one of the listed areas of expertise,
- Experience in higher education curriculum development and design, including unit outlines, assessments and rubrics, and learning activities,
- Experience with online learning and a strong understanding of how to engage students online,
- Evidence of academic engagement activities and/or professional engagement activities over the last 5 years,
- Experience with micro-credentials will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality curriculum within project timelines,
- Participate in workshops to map learning outcomes, assessment strategies and structure,
- Author course content based on the agreed framework and constructive alignment, ensuring appropriate referencing,
- Author assessment tasks and rubrics with the support of the Curriculum Coordinator and create assessment materials such as case studies or data sets,
- Work with the Curriculum Coordinator to design engaging learning activities,
- Incorporate feedback and changes as required.
