About The Role
This role is a key component to the success of our branches. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for the highest delivery of an excellent customer experience and seamless service to our existing and new customers through our face to face, phone and digital channels. Full training is provided.
This position is a temporary casual role spanning approximately 10 months to cover Maternity Leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a good impression as the first point of contact for our customers
- Develop effective ways to promote our products and service offerings to new and existing customers
- Build relationships with your customers, handle enquiries and process applications on the numerous products we offer all while having meaningful conversations with the customer
About You
As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, negotiation and communication skills, you will also need to:
- Have proven experience in uncovering customer needs in a customer service environment
- Have worked in an environment where you have had to achieve set KPI’s
- Be passionate about helping customers achieve their financial dreams and goals
- Be open to learning and engaging with key stakeholders across the business
- A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank
