The Role

As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/schedule their services and speaking with incoming warm, leads, to convert them into Flick Customers. You will be required to follow a clear and effective sales process to ensure the best possible outcome for both Flick and its customers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all required outbound and inbound calls according to KPI’s and targets provided by Flick
• Follow the proven Flick sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained.
• Transition and or upgrade current customers to Flick’s most suitable new services
• Present the most suitable services to new customers and be solutions oriented.
• Ensure all records of customers are up to date in our systems to ensure a seamless transition for our technical teams to carry out work for our customers.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Support the branch with administrative tasks

Position requirements  

• Proven experience in outbound sales and/or telemarketing
• An engaging sales energy with a results-driven focus
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customer quickly
• Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as a positive member of the team
