Friends with Frank is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to deliver exceptional customer experiences from our premises in Richmond, Melbourne. The role will involve the following key activities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email, live-chat and social media
- Represent our brand by communicating with a professional, friendly and authentic tone (aligned with the Friends with Frank brand values)
- Order management with some order fulfillment (noting the majority of our orders are fulfilled off-site / externally)
- Returns Processing
- Other warehouse / e-commerce duties as required
- Assist with inventory management for our Richmond Showroom
The role is casual, to start ASAP. It will typically involve two shifts per week, each being approximately eight hours. Shifts will be Monday and one other weekday (at your choice), 9am to 5pm with standard breaks.
You will report to our Customer Care Coordinator.

The label started as an online store in 2012 and has been experiencing strong growth ever since. It operates both as a direct-to-customer online business, as well counting some of Australia’s most popular boutiques as stockists. In 2020, Friends with Frank launched its first permanent retail space on Wangaratta Street in Richmond just behind Swan Street and right at the door of Richmond train station. Another Melbourne store will be launched imminently.

The successful applicant will be passionate about premium Australian fashion-wear and an excellent communicator. You will have a strong desire to deliver superior customer experience across every touchpoint, and an appreciation for the importance of “the little things”.
This role will suit a someone with the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Great organisational skills and a high-level of attention to detail
- Ability to resolve complex issues and respond quickly to changing circumstances
- A positive, professional attitude
Previous experience in customer service or fulfilment would be ideal, and any experience in Shopify or any other e-commerce systems will be looked upon favourably.
