Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you'll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
Concierge and welcome calls
Missed payments and early-intervention collections
Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Part Time positions available, with the below shift:
Monday - Friday, 2.00pm - 7.00pm
This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home

Hours and training
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
Available to work from the Hobart office, 188 Collins Street, Hobart, once a fortnight
Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 3 weeks, Monday - Friday, 1.00pm - 6.00pm
Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period
Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you'll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career
