About the Role

Located in the heart of the CBD, you will be part of the Customer Enablement team in the day-to-day coordination of event logistics up until event day. Our events delivery business is diverse and tailored to our clients – from corporate training to planning days, team-building events, exams and corporate cocktail parties. No two days are the same!

Your previous experience will ensure the highest levels of event coordination, customer service and general presentation are delivered.

On a day-to-day level, you will:

  • Gather event booking requirements from the client’s representative through email or phone and accurately input the information into the CRM
  • Source and liaise with external partner venues & suppliers and ensure collaborative communication with stakeholders across the business for smooth event coordination
  • Manage incoming client inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Identify and specify client needs and provide solutions
  • Cross-sell and upsell Cliftons delivery services and venue services through follow-up opportunities in the event coordination phase
  • Ensure appropriate customer service procedures and standards are carried out

About You

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. Ideally, you'll have previous experience in either corporate events, logistics, and customer service.

In addition, you will:

  • Have high-level administration and event coordination skills
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills
  • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have proven experience in multi-tasking and exceptional organisation skills to successfully manage multiple events or clients simultaneously
  • Be proactive with solution-focused problem-solving abilities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment
  • Remain calm under pressure, and able to make intelligent and effective decisions
