About the role

The Digital Experience Team has responsibility for implementing data-led strategies and campaigns with the view to improving member satisfaction and loyalty across various digital touchpoints throughout the entire customer journey.

As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimise customer acquisition and retention activity across multiple channels (via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and website CMS) and deliver high quality written content. You will take proactive ownership of acquisition and retention activity briefs, building email campaigns from planning through to implementation as well as supporting a variety of web initiatives.

About you

Do you have customer experience knowledge and ready to be part of a team which values different opinions and points of view? Do you have experience as a content writer and the ability to embrace different perspectives with a customer-first lens? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.

Some areas of experience you can demonstrate include:

  • Developing and executing digital acquisition and retention plans and campaigns.
  • Interpreting customer data and linking it to the development of campaigns.
  • Working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and website CMS
  • A good understanding of automation and triggered communications.
  • Strong written communication skills, to create execution planning documents, reports and briefs as well as customer centric content.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a strong focus on quality assurance.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills, solve customer problems and dig beyond the surface of the role.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Actively engages in and fosters a friendly, harmonious, and productive working atmosphere.
