We are seeking a highly skilled and experience Customer Engineer to join our Corporate clients motivated team of industry experts. This role involves assisting assorted customers with SharePoint online and Power platform requests. Primarily focussed on migrations from SharePoint Server to Online and supporting and improving customer's capability in Power Platform.
Role Description and Responsibilities:
- Maintain, extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness
- Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, gain trust and respect for Microsoft Premier. Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation and training skills
- Fluent English oral and written communication
- Key technical resource for the customer
- Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance
- Preview new technology before others in the industry and learn how to make the best from it
- Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.
- Analyse problems
- SharePoint Online management and migration
- Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate
- Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Governance experience
- Microsoft SharePoint server On Premises
- Experience with O365 governance
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Online
- SharePoint Development
- Demonstrate a strong ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships to gain the trust and respect of customers.
