A rapidly growing national law firm specialising in personal injury is based in the heart of Sydney CBD. They are looking for a Customer Enquiry Admin to join their reputable organisation!
Your new role
The responsibilities primarily include, but not limited to:
• Being present in New Enquiries inbound phone queue, answering new enquirers
• Engaging with clients via phone, SMS, Email and Postal communications
• Taking details of New Enquiry Forms, relevant to the enquirer's injury type
• Ensuring grammatical and data accuracy in enquiries raised
• Submission of New Enquiry Forms to relevant Reviewing Solicitors
• Proactively contact enquirers for any further information required, to complete their enquiry
• Ensuring all activities and updates are correctly and accurately tracked on both enquirer and enquiry records
• Proactively raising with team and management any issues that impact our ability to provide the best experience for our potential clients
• Administration functions including filing, printing, saving correspondence, copying, scanning and filing of paper and digital files
• Actively assisting the team and firm to ensure efficiency in operations
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years experience in a high volume customer / admin environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Great listener / has empathy
- Ability to keep calm and handle difficult enquiries
- A positive can-do attitude
- Must be a permanent resident / AU citizen
- Perm role in Sydney CBD
- WFH flexibility
