Together.We're on a constant journey of improvement, delivering what we proudly call 'SIXT star service' for a seamless and premium experience.Job DescriptionSIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join the team in Cairns.As a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer, you will provide exceptional customer service, create and act upon opportunities to make sales, and ensure all rental vehicles meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing rental agreements
• Selling additional over the counter rental products
• Managing reservations and organising fleet
• Speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
• Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
• Delivering vehicles between sites
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
• Enthusiastic and driven individual who strives to exceed targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
• Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays
• Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence
• Full working rights in Australia
