We are looking for a fully remote Customer Experience Associate to work at Austin's top moving company. - Educating, not Selling: We’re about education-based selling. You’ll help people understand why we’re the best movers in town without the typical sales fluff.
- Be the Glue: You'll connect the dots between dispatch, scheduling, and customer happiness. It’s about making the complex stuff feel easy.
- Champion of Customer Bliss: From the first “hello” to the final “we’ve moved you,” you’re making sure our customers are more than just 4.9/5 stars satisfied.
- Day in the Life: After paid training, you'll answer phone calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers looking to move offering insights into our hourly moving services, gathering move details, and crafting estimates with our intuitive tech that does the hard work for you.
- Career Growth Opportunities: you'll work directly with our leadership team and will have the opportunity to be involved and contribute to other departments (marketing & operations teams). We’re crafting paths for growth, not just for our company but for every team member.
- All Remote, All the Time: Work in your PJs, we don’t care. Monday to Friday, 8-5 CST.
