The primary role of the Customer Experience and Operations (CXO) team is to drive and enhance the customer focus and experience. They achieve this by providing exceptional customer service across all channels, for all interactions to meet the expectations of their customer and the community. The CXO team are responsible for a number of business functions including customer service, case and complaints handling, revenue and credit collection. As a trainee of the CXO team you will be provided the opportunity to work and build skills across a number of these business functions.
To be successful in this role, you will have/be: - Self motivated, attention to detail and able to meet deadlines with a commitment to quality customer service and client support.
