Our client URGENTLY requires a Customer Experience Business Analyst for 7 weeks + Contract in Darwin.The Customer Experience Business Analyst will lead and support the development and documentation of business processes, including process objectives and outcomes, roles, responsibilities, policies, and process maps, and identify business improvements to enhance customer interactions.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst and proficiency in using various business analysis tools and techniques.
- Proven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, experience with process optimisation methodologies and tools, and conducting business analysis and business process development.
- Experience in effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical teams.
