About the role:
This role is responsible for frontline service delivery to customers of all ages and abilities who require information, assistance and access to the leisure centre. We currently have two permanent part-time positions available for enthusiastic, friendly and passionate Customer Experience Team Membersthat would like to be an integral part of creating and maintaining a healthy and thriving community within the Swan Active Ballajura facility. One position is for 34 hours per fortnight, and the other for 42 hours per fortnight.Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Foster effective and genuine relationships with customers by helping people connect with one another.
- Undertake point of sale transactions and reconciliation of registers following City of Swan practices and guidelines.
- Provide a range of information on the Centre's services, programs, and activities to customers either face to face, phone, or through online digital communication channels.
- Be courteous, respectful and a great host with all customer interactions no matter age, ability or culture.

The successful candidate will have the following:

- A satisfactory National Police Certificate

The salary for this position will be between $61,493.96 and $65,944.86 per annum pro rata depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
