As the Customer Relations Manager we will lean on your expertise to:
- Lead and manage the customer service team across all levels (customer facing, clinic and practice relations, online enquiries and reviews, phone calls, emails and customer experience)
- Ensure all team members operate at the highest level through training, development, and ongoing support
- Oversee the customer service across all locations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for patients, doctors, and clinics
- Evaluate team performance through regular performance reviews, KPI tracking and data analysis, ensuring performance goals and daily operations align with business objectives
- Adapt rapidly to business growth, IT system and software upgrades, optimizing processes and resources as required
- Identify and resolve business and process flow issues to ensure turn around times and the overall customer experience is that of the highest standard
- Oversee and manage the performance of various pick up branches, focusing on profitability, business potential and market trends
As our new Customer Relations Manager you will have:
- Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager, Customer Service Manager or equivalent role (3 years minimum)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships on all levels
- Excellent organizational, business and leadership skills
- Excellent people management skills with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
- Experience in a sales and marketing role is desirable
- Data analysis and management experience is critical for this role
- Experience working with CRM programs is desirable
- Travel to all locations will be required for this role (travel allowance will be provided)
