As our business expands, we are seeking motivated individuals who want to work with a leading Australian owned and operated business and join our inbound sales team in Kewdale, WA.
About the Position:
Located at our Kewdale office, you'll join the national inbound sales team, reporting directly to the sales team leader. The successful candidate will manage the sales pipeline and customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and help to grow ongoing relationships with our customers.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Handling telephone and web-based sales inquiries;
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions;
- Generating and processing sales quotes and orders;
- Cultivating and nurturing customer relationships;
- Proactively pursuing leads and inquiries; and
- Supporting the broader sales team nationally.
