Your new role
As the Customer Service officer you will be responsible for administrating all aspects of coordinating the service team and assisting with office requirements. These duties include:
- Coordinating and scheduling field jobs
- Assisting with deliveries and dispatching
- Assist with processing of orders
- Maintain and update database
- Compile client reports
- Manage work orders & job requests
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to build rapport with clients. You must also be able to work in a team environment and be able to work autonomously and are self-driven. You must also have a high level of attention to detail with good organisational and time-management skills.
