Customer service admin Welshpool
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our clients' team based in Welshpool as a Customer Service Officer/Admin.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Officer/Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer enquiries, pricing, and quoting using our SAP system. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team by providing accurate pricing and quotes to customers. - Customer Communication:
Liaise with clients and customers via email and phone calls to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. - System Proficiency:
Utilise our SAP system efficiently for quoting, order processing, and data management. - Email Management:
Handle a high volume of emails (approximately 50+ per day) effectively. - Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve customer-related challenges promptly.
- Computer Savvy:
Proficient in using email, SAP, and other relevant software. - Excellent Communication Skills:
Comfortable communicating with customers via email and phone. - Sales Acumen:
Previous experience in a sales-heavy role is advantageous. - Adaptability:
Able to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Rate: $35 p/h (65k annual salary on permanent basis)
