We have an opportunity for the right person to join our established team as our Customer Service/Sales Administration Manager, based at our Rockingham site. The successful candidate will have excellent Customer Service experience and will take control of the day-to-day administration of the sales team and to be the key contact between Sales, Production, Distribution and NPD.  

You will be joining a dynamic sales team and be a part of a close-knit and supportive team. You will have a good degree of independence within the role. You will provide exceptional leadership and direction to the internal sales team along with support to Divisional General Managers and the Sales Manager to achieved desired outcomes.

Key Requirements are:

  • Previous experience in consumer and customer complaint management
  • Strong communication and effective conflict resolution skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Sound computer knowledge, including but not limited to Microsoft Office – Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Flexible, positive can-do-attitude
  • Experience in FMCG will be highly regarded

Everyday tasks include but not limited to:

  • Action, investigate, resolve and reporting our customer and consumer complaints and queries.
  • Liaising with key accounts including developing excellent and professional relationships
  • Key point of contact between sales, production, distribution and NPD
  • All general sales administrative functions and duties
  • Co-ordinating promotional schedules for sales, production and procurement
  • Setting up and managing pricing
  • Administration relating to Customer Portals
  • Forecasting weekly demand plan for production
  • Managing the Telesales team
  • Support the sales team and keep daily operations running smoothly

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
