Job description

Experienced, professional, resilient and adaptable Customer Service Administrators immediately available

The role of a Customer Service Administrator covers all aspects of customer service, data entry, general administration, email correspondence and accounts administration. Duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Ensure every customer is treated with respect and an empathetic approach
  • Respond to all questions and queries in line with policy and procedures
  • Update internal database with correct and accurate information
  • Updating client management systems and general administration and data entry
  • Accounts administration (PO, invoicing, reconciliations, etc)
  • Follow up payments with clients
Skills and experience

  • 2 - 3 years' experience in Customer Service and Administrative role of a similar nature
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • High Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
To be successful, you will be customer focused, have an engaging communication style, ability to work with confidential information and provide information in a supportive and empathetic manner. You will be adaptable, flexible, take pride in your work and can work in a face paced environment.

You will be required to provide National Police Clearance and proof of Covid Vaccination.
