The role of a Customer Service Administrator covers all aspects of customer service, data entry, general administration, email correspondence and accounts administration. Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt and courteous manner
- Ensure every customer is treated with respect and an empathetic approach
- Respond to all questions and queries in line with policy and procedures
- Update internal database with correct and accurate information
- Updating client management systems and general administration and data entry
- Accounts administration (PO, invoicing, reconciliations, etc)
- Follow up payments with clients
- 2 - 3 years' experience in Customer Service and Administrative role of a similar nature
- Sound knowledge in MS Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- High Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will be required to provide National Police Clearance and proof of Covid Vaccination.
