We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and contribute to the continuing success of our family wine business. The role of Office Administrator at Kellermeister is varied and is integral to the smooth operation of the Kellermeister winery and cellar door teams. As the “go to” person and “voice & face” of the winery it is important that this person has excellent organisational skills, flexibility, enjoys working autonomously on a wide variety of tasks, shows initiative and attention to detail.
If you enjoy a position that is responsible for, but not limited to, providing first class Customer Service to our wide range of customers, managing the growing wine club, co-ordinating the dispatch of all customer orders, stock control, general administration tasks, accounts receivable; you are well presented and professional, provide service with a smile and have a reputation for integrity then this role could be for you.
Competitive wages commensurate with experience will be payable along with a company wine allowance.
This role is part-time, working school hours with a small tight knit team.
