What does a day look like for you?
You will be responsible for the reception and processing of customer enquiries
Communicating customer requirements to our workshop team
Responding to technician advice and communicating to our valuable customers
Processing paperwork
Face to face communication as well as on the phone
Working within a fantastic team, promoting a positive work environment

Additional requirements:
Automotive experience is preferred but is not mandatory
Demonstrated computer skills and phone skills in previous roles
High standard of literacy and numeracy skills
Current driver’s license
Able to work Monday to Friday full time
