About the role
A motivated and friendly Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in their growth journey. you’ll be the bridge between their clients and their workshop, ensuring their heavy vehicles get the Tender Love & Care they deserve as they go through the servicing process.
Duties
- Greeting clients as they enter the service area and making them feel like a part of the family
- Carefully listening to their vehicle troubles and working out a actionable services request
- Providing clients with clear, concise explanations of recommended repairs
- Coordinating repair schedules and keeping clients informed throughout the repair process
- Being the liaison between clients and a team of mechanics, ensuring smooth communication.
Skills & experience
- Experience working as a Service Advisor
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Experience in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance - preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for the automotive industry
- Empathy and the ability to put yourself in our clients’ shoes
- A problem solving mindset
- Knack for multitasking and staying calm under pressure.
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
