Your new role
Provide customer support to Cleanaway customers and clients in a contact centre environment.
Proactively handle internal and external customer queries and issues.
Manage customer complaints to resolution, escalating where needed.
Maintain and update customer information and requests.
Work with our customers to help contribute to a sustainable future.
About You
Previous experience working in a contact centre role or busy Customer Service environment.
Accurate data entry, administration and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work onsite in a rotating roster between 7.00 am – 5.00pm.
Intermediate MS Office skills and CRM tools e.g. Sales Force would be highly regarded.
This is a fixed term contract until June 2025.
