Job Summary:

As a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator at Forager Food Co, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a perfect blend of excellent Customer Service skills and Sales support to contribute to our growth in the food industry. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, order processing, and collaborating with internal departments to uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing detailed information on our diverse range of sustainable and healthy food products.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, embodying Forager Food Co's commitment to quality and ethical sourcing.

Order Processing:

• Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring precision in product selection, quantity, and pricing.
• Collaborate closely with our production, logistics, and quality control teams to guarantee the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team in managing and expanding customer accounts, providing essential information on product specifications, pricing, and availability.
• Be a key liaison between customers and our sales representatives, facilitating smooth communication and addressing inquiries promptly.

Problem Resolution:

• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to address concerns related to product quality, delivery, or other service-related matters.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
• Generate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and order status to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service and Sales coordination, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in order processing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Knowledge of sustainable and health-focused food products is highly desirable.
