About the Role
An opportunity has become available for one fixed term full-time Customer Service Clerk with the WA Accounts Receivable team. In this role you will use your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in our Accounts Receivable department. Duties include patient account queries, generating accounts, debt collection, reconciling and banking.
This position involves working in a fast paced environment and will be suitable for an individual who prides themselves in the level of accuracy in their work. The successful applicant will have previous Customer Service experience, able to multi-task and be passionate about your work.
To be considered for the role you will need to possess the following:
- Understanding of pathology [Desirable]
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Data entry and admin skills
- Previous accounts receivable or pathology experience [Desirable]
- High attention to detail and experience working in a fast pace environment
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
- Ability to multitask and successfully work as part of a team
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Good understanding of computers, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work
